Deposits and Cancellation
• I require a deposit of 25% of my total fee to hold dates..
• Payment is due in full 30 days before the course start date.
• If the course cancels at any time from my end (my availability changes) I refund all of the deposit.

• If the course cancels from your end more than 30 days out I retain 25% of my total fee (the deposit) and refund the rest.

• If you reschedule more than 30 days out I apply 100% of your deposit to the new booking. If you reschedule
less than 3 weeks out I retain 25% of my total fee and transfer the rest to the new booking.

• If weather or water levels are the cause of a course not running at my discretion, I will work in good faith to re-
schedule at no additional charge. If you choose to opt out due to weather or water levels my above cancellation policies apply. I rarely cancel for weather or water level and opt instead to move venues.
